昨日コラムでご案内した、非公開の会員制レストラン『WATF』で開催される、サンマリノワインとのコラボディナー。大変好評のため、東銀座にある系列店『在来食堂』でも開催していただけることになりました！
日程は、5月24日（土）25日（日)の２日間。

『在来食堂』は東銀座にある歌舞伎座の裏にあります。『WATF』と同じく千葉の自社農園で天塩にかけて路地栽培した新鮮な野菜を、焼き野菜を中心に素材を生かした和のテイストで味わえます。また、なんと60種類のスパイスとハーブ、生薬成分を使った独自のレシピのスープで煮込む『超抗酸化火鍋』が、季節を問わずに人気。辛いけれど、奥深い味わいと滋味が、体の奥まで染み渡る美味しさです。これぞ野菜の底力！
この季節は、豆が丸く膨らむベストな収穫のタイミングで収穫した、甘くてみずみずしいスナップエンドウや、新玉ねぎ、ズッキーニ、小糸在来（こいとざいらい）という千葉で採れる大豆で作った豆腐など、ここでしか味わえない野菜本来の美味しさに出会えます。
今回は、5月24日、25日にNHKホールで開催されるTHE ALFEEのコンサートにちなんで、その2日間だけの限定メニューとして、野菜が主役のメニューを10品＋デザートとサンマリノワインを組み合わせた、『THE ALFEE51周年スペシャルDinner』を用意してくれました。
